Delusionally Creative products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful.

Processing Time

Because each item is made after your order is placed, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 2 to 7 business days.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, and carrier availability.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
